OUR PASTORS
Pastors Mike and Chare' Rester are the lead pastors at The Well. The church was birthed from a call placed upon their lives by the Holy Spirit several years ago. Through much prayer and process they relocated their family to Cullman to fulfill this call. They are committed to producing a consistent level of discipleship and ministry to those under their care. Their ministry focuses on the empowering of all believers by leading them into a life driven and encompassed by the Holy Spirit. It is their desire to see all Christian believers living in the fullness of life that God has intended for them. They love Cullman and are here under His authority to reach this area with the love and power of Jesus Christ.
They have been married for 24 years and have four children. Pastors Mike and Chare' have served as student and children's pastors, evangelists, worship leaders, and lead pastors.
OUR CHURCH
Church at The Well exists to bring the life, love, power, and refreshment that can only come through Jesus Christ and the presence of the Holy Spirit. At The Well, you are going to experience energized worship in music and the arts, Biblical preaching, age appropriate discipleship classes, and encounter the joy of being in fellowship with other believers. In simplest terms, The Well is a church; a church striving to be what Jesus intended His church to be.
Church at The Well is a ministry of the Church of God Cleveland TN, and works in cooperation with the denomination at all levels to achieve global evangelization. We believe and teach the doctrine of the Church of God and are committed to being a Christian, Pentecostal congregation. We invite everyone to come and see what is happening at the church and in the lives of the people at The Well.
